Okay, so I'm not sure if I ever talked about it before, but I am a VERY YOUNG GRANNY! EMBER was born when I was barely 38 years old. My daughter came over to tell me and asked me what I wanted to be called. And you know, the funniest picture came into my mind. It was GRANNY KLAMPETT from THE BEVERLY HILLBILLIES! (If you're too young to know about Granny Klampett, I don't want to know... makes me sad!)
So after I had a really good laugh, naturally I am called "GRANNY".
Anyway, EMBER is now seven years old. And she is coming to stay at my house for two whole days. SO EXCITING!
And since I earned the title of GRANNY, I earned bragging rights as well. EMBER earned three awards at school yesterday; Math, Citizenship and Work Studies. Congrats to Em!
Now, I have to out a picture of Em a couple of years ago 'cause it's the cutest! You may even see a turtle or two!
