AMAZING FIND IN NORTH EL MONTE

 

Okay, so I NEVER post listings.  But I just have to show this one, it's really great.

I have the home at 3210 Nevada Ave in North El Monte for sale.  It's a really great home full of lots of memories.  The family has had many a family get-together in this really large home (2474 square feet) which is across the street from the park.  This is the city park where they have concerts on the park and various city functions. And right down the short block is the Civic Center, the City Pool and Community Center and the City Library!  It just so happens that the schools are within walking distance as well.
