EARTHQUAKES AND WEATHER!

Okay, so I just have to write this "speculative" piece.  Our weather here in sunny Southern California has significantly gotten colder and wetter this year.  I understand that some would say it's due to "Warming", but personally I think that's simply not true.

So, if I'm right, one has to wonder about the recent earthquakes and the fact that both the Haiti Earthquake and now the Japanese Earthquake have shifted the earth's axis.  I mean, it seems to me that even a slight shift would dramatically change our position in regards to the sun and affect our weather.  And they say that the sea shores have even moved.  That's kind of a huge statement.

That being said, there are a couple of other points to make out of all this.

A. Our weather here is still beautiful and wonderful.  Cold to us means a day that is in the 50's insteadnof the 60's.  Some people would absolutely love that kind of climate.  It means more snow on the mountains - perfect for people who love to ski and snowboard.  And in the summer, we are but an hour away from the beach or those mountain lakes where everyone can enjoy all kinds of water sports and get that famous California tan!  What an exciting place to live, near three major amusement parks, near to a ton of famous museums, and all the outdoor events you can stand.

B. On a more personal note, I have to say that the weather patterns are predicted in the Bible.  And the Bible says that when you see l these things begin to happen you should look up because Jesus will be coming back for a lot of us.  So, please, if you don't know Him, be ready to because one way or another you will defnitely meet Him.  And I'd rather not be left behind to face what comes next.  I hope that's how you feel as well.

In conclusion, I just want to say that La Verne and the surrounding areas are a wonderful place to live, whether it's to raise kids, or retire or anything in between.  There are things to do, places to go locally and you get the best of the mountains and the beaches without having to travel very far at all.  If you're thinking of moving, please consider this area, and please consider me when you are thinking of buying or selling your home.
