Neat photo! I have never seen them this close before unless it was in a zoo. This is ever so much better! Wow!

My friend Joani Stocker lives in Austin... I know it's a big place, but have your run across her maybe at church?

Linda,

Are these Doll sheep? We took some pictures in Alaska of some female doll sheep.

Hi Mike,

I think big horn sheep, not exactly sure.  They were just all over the place.  There were ducks, vultures, eagles, all kinds of fish - the boys fished all th time and caught stripped bass, catfish and big mouth bass.

Loved Alaska, hope you enjoyed your trip!

There are supposed to be a lot of bighorn sheep in the mountains here in Southern California, but I've never seen any. Of course, we're supposed to have some mountain lions and bears, too, but I've never seen them, either.

Jim, I have't seen the big horn sheep her either.  BUT, they did catch a bear right behind my house about two months ago, and we have mountain lion signs posted right behind our house!

Linda, they are beautiful animals. I've only seen them at the zoo, this is much nicer. Thank you for sharing them with us.
